Starting his career as an Electrical Engineer graduating from University of Peradeniya in 1999, Prabath has a cumulative experience in renewable energy sector for more than 20 years.His experience extends to the area of development and marketing renewable energy projects as well. Prabath has also extended his ventures internationally to Sub-Saharan Africa. He has been involved the in development, planning, construction and commissioning and operation of more than 25 utility scale renewable power plants which includes large number of small hydropower (75 MW cumulative capacity), wind, solar and bio-mass power plants.

Having completed his B.Sc. Degree at the University of Moratuwa (1996-2001), Eng. Noel Liyanage commenced his career as a civil engineer. He boasts over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, encompassing development and project management, construction, commissioning, and operation of more than 20 renewable power plants both locally and overseas.

Eng. Parakrama Kuruppu embarked on his career as a Chemical Engineer, studying at the esteemed University of Peradeniya from 1979 to 1983. Afterward, he transitioned to the renewable energy sector, accumulating over 14 years of experience in the field. Throughout his journey, Parakrama actively engaged in project planning, report preparation, and correspondence with multiple agencies. He administered various stages of project development, including the approval process, construction, and operation phases of 22 utility-scale renewable power plants. These projects encompassed diverse energy sources such as small hydro, wind, and solar power plants.

Erwin Barthelot Is a Structural Engineer with over 16 years of experience in structural design and hydraulic design. Erwin has gained most of his design skill in the area of mini hydropower projects and contributed to a capacity exceeding 25MW. Throughout his career Erwin has shown expert knowledge in finite element analysis (FEM/FEA) and designed a variety of industrial and commercial structures involving reinforced concrete and structural steel.

He completed his BSc Eng degree (1994-1998) at the University of Peradinya and pursued an MBA in PM (2018-2020) at the University of Cardiff Metropolitan. Janaka Weerasinghe, an accomplished civil engineer and project manager, has worked with prominent corporations in Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Libya. With over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, he specializes in hydropower projects, having dedicated more than 15 years to constructing four plants ranging from 2.8 MW to 6.5 MW in capacity. As a civil project manager, his primary responsibilities encompass the planning, organization, execution, monitoring, and quality control of civil work within projects.

Prabuddha is a Chartered Electrical Engineer by profession having graduated from the University of Moratuwa. He holds a Post graduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the same University. He is also as an Associate Member of CIMA - UK and a Chartered Global Management Accountant of AICPA. Prabuddha has more than 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management and project development. He has been engaged in various renewable energy projects in Sri Lanka and Africa.
